Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time:
Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on your city and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most cities across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your provided contact method.

Delays:
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Remote area delivery limitations

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. Ryva.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Damaged Parcel:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
- Products with missing or altered packaging.
- Personalized/custom orders (if applicable).

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer support via email, WhatsApp, or social media within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the product showing the issue.
3. Our team will verify your claim and guide you on return or replacement.

Refunds:
- Refunds are processed after inspection and verification of returned items.
- Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used during purchase or as agreed with the customer.
- Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Replacements / Exchanges:
- If a replacement is available, we will ship it at no extra cost.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

Shipping for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using trackable courier services for returns to avoid loss during transit.
